Payment methods
At Frisian Motors you can use four payment methods. These payment methods are offered and handled by Mollie BV.

Shipping Methods
The shipping method and shipping costs depend on the order. Our system is set up such that each product has its own shipping method. When ordering multiple products, the highest rate is charged. The table below shows the shipping costs. All prices do not include VAT.

Delivery time
If the ordered parts are in stock, they will be delivered within 2-3 working days within the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany, 3-4 working days. For larger parts we use pallet shipping (rate on subsequent calculation) this will receive you 2-3 working days. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Of course you can also contact us before ordering a product. Vehicles and related accessories do not have a standard delivery time. An indication of the delivery time is given depending on how busy it is, current stock and customer requirements.
Return
There is a 14-day trial period on all parts. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in original condition. Any shipping costs for the return will be paid by the customer. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price of all returned products, including shipping costs at purchase, will be refunded to your IBAN account number. The vehicles and accessories are custom made for the customer, therefore returns are not possible. Would you like to return a product? Please contact us first.
Warranty
All new vehicles, parts and accessories supplied by Frisian Motors have a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This is an exchange warranty of the defective part, excluding labor, transportation and travel costs.
Manufacturing defects on newly delivered machines reported in writing within 21 days of delivery will be remedied free of charge, either on site in the Netherlands or by transportation to and from the FM workshop. All labor, travel and transportation costs will be borne by Frisian Motors in this regard.
