Payment options
At Frisian Motors you can make use of four payment methods. These payment methods are offered and processed by Mollie B.V.
– Payment in advance
– PayPal
– On account (only for dealers)

 Shipping methods
The shipping method and shipping costs depend on the order. Our system is set up in such a way that every product has its own shipping method. When ordering multiple products, the highest rate is charged. Shipping costs are shown in the table below. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery time
If the ordered parts are in stock, they will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany, a period of 3 to 4 business days applies. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you about the expected delivery time. Naturally, you can also contact us before ordering a product. 

Vehicles and related accessories do not have a standard delivery time. Partly depending on how busy we are, current stock and customer requirements, an indication of the delivery time is determined.

There is a trial period of 14 days for all components. Return shipments are only accepted if the product is returned in its original condition. Any costs for the return shipment will be paid by the customer. After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount of all returned products, including shipping costs upon purchase, will be refunded to your IBAN account number.

The vehicles and accessories are tailor-made for the customer, which means that returns are not automatically possible.
