Frisian Motors is a modest machine factory in Bakkeveen, Friesland. With about 10 employees we work daily on lauter 100% electric transporters, ride-on mowers and even mini shovels. In this way we try to do our bit for a better environment and to emit less pollution. Not only because we only produce electric work and vehicles, but also because our working method is designed to waste as few resources as possible.

Virtually everyone agrees that the environment is getting worse and worse and that harmful emissions are increasing. However, this is where it often ends. For this reason, we were also immediately convinced to Freon fan fossylfrij Fryslân to become. Their goal is to create as much awareness as possible that everyone can do their part. As far as we are concerned, this togetherness is necessary to tackle this environmental problem structurally.

In the summer of 2018, we participated in the Elfwegentocht together with almost 50 other freonen . This tour is an initiative of Freonen fan fossylfrij Fryslân to show clean mobility to the general public. For a large group of people, the possibilities are still unknown. Or they think it is not suitable for them. This Elfwegentocht has tried to change this. In addition, it has put Friesland on the map as a clean province. Our transporters are mainly found with customers engaged in the agricultural and recreational sectors. The transporters are also used as convenient downtown delivery trucks or for passenger transport at events, both indoors and outdoors.
